Rent Reusable
Moving Boxes
Planning a move in DeSoto County, Mississippi? Tote Outfitter Rentals provides plastic moving box rentals from Nesbit, with delivery and pickup arranged around your rental. Our moving boxes are durable, stackable totes with red lids and black bases.
Moving totes or plastic moving boxes?
People use several names for reusable packing containers: moving totes, moving bins and plastic moving boxes. Our service rents plastic totes in 27-gallon and 14-gallon sizes. You pack and transport your own belongings; we deliver the containers and retrieve them after your rental.
Choose a moving tote package
- Apartment Move — 30 totes: 20 large 27-gallon totes and 10 medium 14-gallon totes.
- Home Move — 40 totes: 30 large 27-gallon totes and 10 medium 14-gallon totes.
- Family Move — 50 totes: 40 large 27-gallon totes and 10 medium 14-gallon totes.
Every package includes index cards and two Sharpies for labeling. A tote dolly is available as a separate add-on. Package names are a starting point: the amount you own and how you pack affect the number of totes you need. Try our moving tote package finder for a recommendation.
How much does it cost to rent moving boxes?
Select a package and your dates in our online rental booking system for current rental pricing and availability. Packages are available for one, two or three weeks. The total delivery-and-pickup fee is $20 within 15 miles of Nesbit, MS, or $30 over 15 miles and up to 30 miles. Beyond 30 miles, email for availability and a custom quote.
Reusable moving boxes or cardboard boxes?
Reusable totes are a good option when you want containers for a defined moving period and pickup after unpacking. Cardboard may suit belongings you need to keep boxed for longer. With rented totes, plan time to unpack before retrieval and choose a rental period that fits your move.
Packing with two tote sizes
Use medium totes to separate smaller items and keep related belongings together. Large totes provide room for bulkier items. Avoid loading any container beyond what you can safely lift, protect fragile belongings with suitable packing materials, and label each tote with its destination room.
